Configuration
Robots have consisting of rigid links connected together by with either linear (prismatic P) or rotary (revolute R) motion, or combinations of the two.  Active prismatic P and active revolute R joints are driven by motors under programmable control to manipulate objects to perform complex automated tasks. The linear motion of active prismatic P joints may be driven by rotary motors through gears or pulleys. Cartesian coordinate robots are controlled by mutually active prismatic P joints that are aligned with the X, Y, Z axes of a certasian coordinate system.

Green SCR

As we know Global Warming is a serious threat to our planet and to the Civilization. This system would cut back Carbon output what tower cranes can't do as they running on diesel fuel (generators). Very expensive to rent or operate them (maintenance, transportation, building them up backing traffic.

Invention

The population is growing every year, it could reach 10 Billion by 2050. Landscape becoming limited all over the world and because of this most likely the only way is to build up word, with skyscrapers where time is crucial on projects like these.
Investors and Developers are in the race to complete such projects with the less amount of time and budget.

This system will get all the jobs done:

~ Cheaper, Faster, Safer

Installation

The system is based on the Cartesian Coordinate Robot.
Titanium tracks will be installed into concrete slabs during construction progress. This element is less conductive, strong and withstands all weather conditions.
Cable less design for more free movement for the head unit. (Pantograph)

Designed to all individual buildings as no similar skyscrapers exists.

Secondary function

The robot secondary function is when all the windows are installed on the building the head unit can be changed and use for keeping the building and windows clean 24/7 non-stop if needed efficiently as it powered by green energy, that is existing today.

The global tower crane rental market has witnessed an upward surge in the past few years. This is attributed to the lesser cost associated with renting such equipment when compared with purchasing new equipment. The overall purchasing cost of tower crane is very high. This cost increases further owning to the maintenance cost of the equipment. Such costs cannot be termed as affordable for small and medium enterprises. These enterprises can rent tower cranes easily according to their budget and requirement , which reduces the overall costs of the construction project. Moreover, this also helps them save the long-term maintenance costs of the equipment. This is the reason, why most enterprises are inclined towards renting the equipment instead of purchasing them. Moreover, governments across the globe are focusing on developing their infrastructure and expanding the real estate  sector. Additionally, the increasing investments in the construction Industries along with the growing remodeling and renovation projects, across the globe, resulting in the growth in the construction of high-rise building projects.

Environmental impacts

The construction industry is responsible for many negative environmental impacts that include Emissions, waste generation, and the use of land, water and energy. Most previous construction research attention has focused on the environmental impacts only for material selection and building operation. Nevertheless, the high electrical demand that comes from the use of construction equipment on-site, mainly tower cranes, is considered a critical component of construction sites that is responsible for a significant volume of CO2emissions and energy consumption.

Technology is the answer

The industry might be pinning it's hopes on technology to overcome the crane's shortcomings, but how technology can help? Job sites present a unique set of complexities and challenges: they are three-dimensional & time-limited, every project is different-in geography, regulation & owner preferences. Normally these differences would make a common solution impossible. Although the human eye can't see it, all sites actually exhibit the same basic core, whatever the materials being used. This has enabled the automation of certain aspects of the construction process.

Operators Remain

The Autonomous Crane will not eliminate the job of the crane operator. In fact there always be someone "in the loop" to ensure that everything is moving along safely and efficiently. Crane operators will be able to override the machinery whenever necessary in addition the evolving design will rely heavily on their input, which will provide valuable insights into the needs and challenges arising in the field, & help priorities the features to be developed.
In this case it means that when the building structure is finished, the tower crane is ready to dismantle and move on to the next job site, or right before the window glazing is ready to install.
Window washing crew still going to be needed as the already standing skyscrapers need to be done just like before as they don't have this system installed.

Identifying Causes

There are many reasons the industry's remarkable level of inefficiently, including mismanagement & human error - as well as astonishingly outdated equipment - and the crane is at the top of the list. Basically unchanged since it's invention by the ancient Greeks in the 6th century BC. The crane takes center stage on any job site. Hosting 70% of all materials and equipment, it is needed by a wide range of users performing innumerable tasks on every type and size of project. While dramatically impacting the entire process, however the crane delivers an estimated efficiency of only 55 - 65% regularly causing the bottlenecks that lead to costly delays.

Market Research

Autonomous Crane Market to garner $18.61 Billion by 2032: Allied Market Research
(Globe Newswire): According to the report published, the Global Autonomous Crane Market is expected to generate $2.36 Billion in 2022
& is estimated to reach $18.61 Billion by 2032, witnessing a CAGR 22.8% from 2023 to 2032. The report offers a detailed analysis of changing market trends, top segments, key investment pockets, value chain, regional landscape & competitive scenario.
Focus on Public - Private Partnership (PPPs) & rise in penetration of smart technology in crane drive the growth of the Global Autonomous Crane Market.
However fluctuations in prices of raw materials and scarcity of skilled workers minder the market growth. On the other hand surge in agreements and contracts for long - term business collaboration present new opportunities in the coming years.
